FPSO Maintenance Supervisor

To work under the OIM management.
· Comply working time as requirement of company team
· Check & review all technical drawing of all system on maintenance site
· Check/supervise really fabrication & installation status of systems on site and comments for all system related
· Comments & proposal to improve safety operation & effectiveness of all system
· The comments & proposal will be sent to company team leader or company site manager
· Combine with company team to review & comments for the matter related to all mechanical systems
· Supervising test/ trial running of all equipment/ system and ensure that we meet designated requirements and Make recommendations
· Witness test/trial running when required and ensure that we meet designated requirements of Maker
· Send daily and weekly report to company team leader (OIM)
· Comply with all policy of company.
· Review O&M procedures as assigned by OIM.
· To assist OIM to develop and review the 2 year spares requirement & first fill lists.
· Ensure system and sub system take over in a professional manner with all check lists signed off and punch list items closed or highlighted as open.
· Provide technical and functional expertise in mechanical system design review.
· Reviewing the database being prepared for the AMOS system being developed by contractor. Early on start making a list of equipment/jobs which need to be entered into the AMOS system.
· Ensure deficiencies are updated in the punch list
· Line supervisor for the mechanical technicians, general purpose operators and for (breakdown) maintenance related work for the electrician/ instrument technicians, Engine room GP operators and fitters
· Responsible for the management of all maintenance tasks, the planned maintenance system and unscheduled repairs that may be necessary on the FSO plant and machinery.
· Responsible person for operating and maintaining the PC based Maintenance Management System (AMOS)
· To act as AMOS administrator and responsible to train relevant facility personnel in the operating of the AMOS system.
· Responsible for generating all Maintenance Reports.
· Responsible for ensuring compliance to classification requirements those vessels, machinery, mooring system and hull related to the position responsibility.
· Ensuring condition-monitoring records of machinery and deck utilities, steam and power generation plants, diesel engine machinery and inert gas plant and other major and critical equipment are maintained and updated.
· Regular re-assessment of preventive maintenance schedules based on monitoring or breakdown records.
· Be familiar with the FSO’s plant and machinery and shall ensure that the maintenance staff are adequately trained in their safe operation and maintenance.
· Ensure that all documentation relevant to maintenance records for upkeep of classification and the maintenance management system is completed to a high degree of quality, in a timely manner, and forwarded/ filed as appropriate.
· Planning and preparation for inspection of vessel, machinery, mooring system and hull according to class or statutory requirements.
· Administer and updating planning schedules for all maintenance activities on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
· Defining spare part requirements and raise required MSR.
· Ensuring workshop equipment, hand tools, electrically powered (portable) tools, welding/ cutting equipment, and personnel protection equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
· Carry out all works according to the client applicable to international and local
· regulations, codes and standards.
· Take the lead in following established HSE procedures, including Tool Box Talks and Safety Meetings.
· Preparation of the daily work schedules ensuring the correct Permit To Work implementation.
· Prepare lookhead maintenance plan including work scope for planned shutdown and getting ready all the necessary tools and materials.
· Guide all subordinates to ensure hands-on experience were passed down for smooth execution of the jobs.
· Ensure all shutdown systems and related safety equipments were maintained and tested according to schedule and to keep record.
· Keeping track of outstanding punchlist, warranty claims, ECR, equipment breakdowns for follow up with relevant parties on shore to close out.
· To organize an urgent rectification of any breakdowns of the equipment and other
· facilities onboard where practical or arrange for support from shore if required.
· Administrative responsibilities including writing/reviewing TWI’s JHA, and relevant Marine department procedures. Ensuring proper and updated records are compiled and followed up
